چکیده
The influence of the expansion corner on pressure fluctuation is an important subject in supersonic flow around high-speed vehicles. Past studies have clarified how alters root-mean-square fluctuating coefficient (Cprms) and power spectral density (PSD) without considering these properties are related to compressible waves. In this paper, we use characteristics determine direction wave propagation identified three zones—U-zone, M-zone D-zone—within which both Cprms PSD likely display different behaviors across boundary layer. U-zone upstream characteristic line second family passing through corner. D-zone downstream first middle zone lies between D-zone. results at layers within layer obtained using numerical computation a Detached Eddy Simulation (DES). It found that D-zone, same M-zone, however, may vary variation occurs high-frequency band mid-frequency A feedback mechanism tentatively used explain difference spatial distribution inside M-zone.

Numerical results are presented for the shock-boundary layer interactions in a hypersonic flow over a sharp leading edge compression corner. In this study, a second- order Godunov type scheme based on solving a Generalized Riemann Problem (GRP) at each cell interface is used to solve thin shear layer approximation of laminar Navier-Stokes (N-S) equations. The calculated flow-field shows general...
متن کاملNumerical Simulation of Supersonic Gap Flow
Various gaps in the surface of the supersonic aircraft have a significant effect on airflows. In order to predict the effects of attack angle, Mach number and width-to-depth ratio of gap on the local aerodynamic heating environment of supersonic flow, two-dimensional compressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved by the finite volume method, where convective flux of space term adopts the Roe f...

We numerically investigate the pulsatile flow and heat transfer of a micropolar fluid through a Darcy-Forchhmeir porous channel in the presence of wall transpiration. We use the central difference approximations for the spatial derivatives, whereas the time integration has been performed by employing the three steps explicit Runge-Kutta method to obtain the numerical solution. It i...
متن کاملNon-reflection Boundary Conditions for Numerical Simulation of Supersonic Flow
This article presents the boundary conditions for the problem of turbulent supersonic gas flow in a plane channel with a perpendicular injection jets. The non-reflection boundary conditions for direct modeling of compressible viscous gases are studied. A formulation using the NSCBC (NavierStocks characteristic boundary conditions) through boundaries is derived for the subsonic inflow and subson...
